To meet each person seeking help where they are currently. I work with each client independently depending on their concerns and belief system.

What I have found throughout the years is that it is important to meet each individual where they are, cater care to manage symptoms while we work toward effecting life long changes. This can be achieved through “life coaching” or therapeutic help through modalities of cognitive behavioral therapy, reframing ineffective belief systems and the use of positive psychology.
I am able to serve clients requesting traditional therapy with support as well as teach coping skills to effect positive change and results. The language used with each client is dependent on their current belief system.

Clients who are more open to a spiritual approach generally experience results more quickly due to a strong connection with hope, faith and trust. All individuals generally present with some aspect of these qualities although those open to a spiritual approach are more willing to ascribe to positive thinking and trust.

Individuals open to incorporating other modalities appear to respond most favorably. The use of energy medicine (Pranic Healing and/or hypnotherapy) to address ineffective subconscious beliefs and limitations appear to experience greater results.
