Two other ways to receive support…

I will be holding a support group for families to discuss managing the challenges of this time through conscious conversation and the use of Mind Body Skills to address and process through the emotions. Keep in mind we have an opportunity to become excellent at managing emotions during this time. Attention to this process will change one’s life for the better especially for children and young adults. I am open to holding other groups for Adults and Children separately. If this is something you would be interested in, please let me know and as long as there is a desire, I will work to fill the void.

I am using all my tools at this time to provide support for others as well as myself. With all the stressors of this time I have taken to the woods and would like to invite you to meet me for a Walk and Talk or a conversation in nature as opposed to a remote session. If this is an interest, I will provide more details on an individual basis.

We are currently in “Yellow” and I will be careful to follow guidelines for safety and prevention in regard to Covid-19. I do not feel comfortable providing therapy and healing services inside with a mask. I’d prefer to provide a safe place where you can let go of your mask(s). Nature is healing on its own, there are clearly confidentiality issues, but I trust the good far out ways the potential harm. I intend to utilize the beauty and wonder of nature to support others in their journey to self-realization. This can be done with or without the fabulous Frankie for additional therapeutic support or fun. For kids it might look like playing and chatting outside or throwing sticks for Frankie.

Well, aren’t things getting interesting in our country…

This is a challenging time for everyone….and I mean everyone. There are few people that have lived through such devastating changes to our social and financial norms that we have become acquittanced to on a global level. And that was just the virus, and now the most recent events addressing the needs for greater social justice are are make huge waves of change and opportunity. These are trying times and despite your current belief system, we are met with the challenges of explaining what is happening to our children in addition to navigating new waters.

Due to this challenging time I want to make sure I am available to offer support as needed. I am continuing to schedule sessions and will be making additional time available for those who are feeling financial strain or challenges. I have always been willing to negotiate costs of sessions and will continue to do so. I am currently using cell Phone, Zoom or Doxy for remote sessions.
